All properties advertised in this area are categorised as "Private Sales". The aim is to offer a better deal to buyers - you can save 5 to 10% on estate agent fees! For vendors, we can expose your property to a global market. Predominantly, our audience is English speaking (but not exclusively) and buyers come from USA to Hong Kong.

Please note: Private Sales properties are also listed in all the property listings as appropriate - they will be visible in the region, department, budget ranges, types of properties, etc....

Advertisers: We ask that advertisers are selling a property as a private individual - this service is NOT for agent commercial or immobilier. Any adverts contravening this rule will be removed without reimbursing the advertising fee.
